What if someone is boosting their profile rating?

We regularly check our database for suspicious activity, and penalize people who undoubtedly boosted their rating or XP (The events proven to be boosted are nulled).

If you have a suspicion, or someone directly told you they are artificially boosting their stats, please let us know at roman@pickupsports.eu and we will investigate.

Can I cancel my subscription?

For sure, we'd be sad to see you go, but if you feel like the PRO features are not worth it anymore, you can simply cancel your subscription by going to your AppStore / Play Store subscription settings. You will find Pickup Sports there, with the option to cancel.

Can I delete my account?

Of course. If you no longer wish to be a member of our community, you can do that directly in the app by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. If you want us to do that for you, just contact us at roman@pickupsports.eu, and we will handle that for you.
